KFC Lephalale Bad Service

KFC Lephalale in Chris Hani drive has the worst service ever! 24/7 hour service and there is never any food/treats available. Staff is always sleeping when we arrive at the drive thru on Saturdays. Staff is very arrogant, and swears in language we don't understand. Would like to get in contact with the owner of this franchise.
