Horrible Experience with KFC Lenasia (drive tru)

Cashier by the name of Jabulani swipe my card twice after I told him I already got a notification and the transaction was successful. He claimed that there was no paper and be had to swipe my card in order for me to get my slip. I agreed but when another notification went off I got upset and asked him why and he said the first transaction will reverse. I knew that he was lieng because there is no system error. I went into the shop and asked to speak to the manager and when I got there, there was people were already speaking to the manager about the exact same thing. As the manaver spoke I could here that she is *********ing the people and I refused to listen to her because I already noticed that they *****ing extra money from people.

I wanted my money back but Johanna who is the Manager refused and continued *********ing other consumers. Teboho who is also a cashier closed the window in my face.

My performance caused alert for customers and all the workers were shaking that they even forgot about the other customers

I WANT MY MONEY back from you ******** These people should be fired
