KFC Lenasia Eland Street pathetic service

ent to this KFC lastnight with my wife and kids due to loadshedding, we placed an order via the Kiosk and began the wait, from my understanding KFC is fast food but this definitely wasn't the case , I waited over 30 mins in the cold with my 14 month old baby, When I asked the lady at the counter what's happening she says 9 more mins for the chicken to be ready , so I told her I'm waiting over 30 mins she just ignores so I said I'm speaking to you and she says 9 mins again and looks away with attitude, I ended taking a refund which I had to wait an additional 10 mins. I eventually left with 2 hungry kids and had to find a place to get food. Serious waste of time!!!

The least they could have done was communicate and tell us they waiting for chicken but they just left us standing there.

Don't think I'll be using this branch going forward.
