KFC - left a bad taste in my mouth

I placed an order on KFC online store which took 90 minutes to arrive. I called the call center twice to escalate. The first lady was helpful. I can't say the same for the 2nd lady. Making it seem likes it my fault. I though she was rude and her service was disgusting. Putting blame on the store. But the store was trying to be so helpful. Kept calling me because the driver showed up an hour after the order was placed. Won't be ordering from them in hurry again.
