KFC Lebowakgomo zone F

I am a resident in a small neighborhood called Lebowakgomo. I've been constantly getting bad service at KFC and today when I complained, the worker told me nothing is gonna happen and I'm wasting my time. Can KFC international intervene please. This out hands
