KFC Leandra Bad Service

KFC Leslie can really improve in their customer service. On numerous occassions they do not have any Crushers available. This happened again today after being in the drive through queue for about 45 minutes. A previous occassion we requested the R99 special for 9 pieces of chicken that could not be sold as the representative informed is that it is not on their system although the special is valid. During the same occassion the personnel in the preparation area screamed at one another so that customers just stood in amazement. If the products can not be offered, please do not advertise them rather than put people up for dissappointment. I’ll rather then drive to a neighbouring town and know that I can get the products offered.
