KFC Langenhovenpark - What a disaster?!

One star might be a little too kind.

We live about 20km out of town. We seldom go to town or eat out. But sometime when you have stuff to do and you are hungry its just convenient to catch a bite or buy dinner before going home. Not once... not twice but MULTIPLE times have we gotten home without our full order!.. I'ts almost 6 years now (for as long as I have been buying at this particular KFC)

They never have gravy... They never have ice cream. Last night the ordered food for 3 people and they didnt have carry bags. We had to carry the orders in our hands.. sauce everywhere. chips everywhere.

How many times have we ordered a family meal just to get home and there is 3 pieces to little. Or not chips. For us it's just not worth it to drive back 20 km for 3 pieces of chicken or one person's chips??

A couple of days ago my bother went to this particular KFC. As you enter the door there were 2 (as he describes it: you could smell them as you entered) homeless people passed out in the middle of the floor reeking of alcohol. The KFC personel did nothing. Just left them there?
