KFC Langenhovenpark please listen up. For the past four years have I made use of your services and truly in those four years have I never received any good services from you. The staff are always lazy and rude, the ice cream machine never works, quite a few times they have mysteriously ran out if chicken or hamburger buns, specifically at night the card machine doesn't work or the staff puts crates in front of the drive through so that you can't use the drive through, I've been told by the staff at 11pm that they will only cook chicken at 6 am again, I've once waited for an hour and twenty minutes for an order when there were only two customers, eight out of the ten times my order is incorrect, a few times I've paid for an order and gotten half of my order. These are just a few examples of the amazing services I've received. Please bring this franchise up to standard.
