KFC LANGA/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a bad experience at the Langa KFC yesterday at 20:25,Arrived in the store ordered my 9 Piece Chicken and i was advised to wait for the meat as it was getting prepared I stood in the store for about 30 mins waiting for my order only to be told the was small pieces of chicken left and when asking which piece i was told the is only wings left i mean the staff could have kindly advised this to me when ordering already so that i dont get to stand and wait only to be told this when im receiving the order . i was told this by a lady supervisor so unprofessional that lady did not even apologise for the inconvenience she posed the question as if i had no choice but to take the remaining small pieces of wings no apology nothing at all as if all the service was good. The supervisor herself chased customers away before the closing time customers were told the store is closed bare in mind at the door its written the store closes at 9PM but by 8:40 customers were told the store has been closed poor poor service
