KFC Ladybrand you rock!!!!

After mailing the customer care regarding flavorless, under cooked chicken and dry coleslaw they got back the regional manager to contact me. He made arrangements with branch manager to give me a Street Wise 5 with coleslaw. She was amazing and extremely friendly. I was expecting a different attitude as I laid a complaint against the store. The meal I got was AMAZING as just KFC can prepare chicken. The coleslaw was super moist as well. Thank you KFC Ladybrand
