KFC KYALAMI HAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN

Worst service ever. We were told to wait in the parking lot for our meal for 7 mins and we have waited for 45min with no answer. We spoke to the manager and she said we "will understand" as if I'm not supposed to ask for my food.

Know top of it all, they have given our food to other people in the drive through and now we have to probably wait another 45min .

Why is this service so bad ? Who is in charge of this KFC ?
