KFC Kwadabeka worst service

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC Kwadabeka. I placed and paid for my order online and was given a collection time. To avoid delays, I arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled collection time, as I had arranged a Bolt driver and would be charged extra for waiting time. When I arrived, my order was still not ready, and staff asked me what I had ordered. I was then informed that the spicy sauce included with the Fully Loaded Fries was out of stock, despite this not being indicated on the app when I placed my order. They substituted it with sweet chilli sauce without notifying me beforehand. I then had to wait more than 30 additional minutes for an order that should have been ready for collection. To make matters worse, the extra sauces I paid for were placed in tiny containers with very little sauce inside. When I finally got home, I discovered that parts of my order were missing, and the pap was undercooked and raw. The entire experience defeated the purpose of ordering online. The collection time was not honoured, stock shortages were not communicated, the wait was excessive, items were missing, and the food quality was unacceptable. I expect better service from KFC and would appreciate a response and resolution regarding this matter.The order number was 111722
