KFC KROONSTAD CHECKERS CENTRE

On the 26/06/20 I went to KFC in Kroonstad at the Checkers Centre. I order a all in one for R129.90 two snack burger and a double crunch burger. The order number is 506 the cashier is Mamokete. This is not the first time i am complaining but the first time i am taking this now to another plaform. As I entered the drive through I asked the lady so nice not ones not twice but three times please i only want the breast sides of the chicken (white meat) the reason for this being the last three times we bought the chicken was raw undercooked and jelly like still!!!so she assured me it will be. So at the collection window I asked again please to make sure the chicken is well cooked and only breastsides (white meat) and the lady rudely said yes we know she told us. So i figured ok they now know. So upon comming home I opened the box and well here it is all thighs and drumsticks. I thought ok its late let me just feed the family we all need to bath and go to bed and its late. So I took one piece apart and raw to the bone. another piece again raw to the bone sticky and full of blood. I was so dissapionted that i asked so nicely to please only but fully cooked meat and now this. We ended not eating that nights not even the dogs wanted this raw snotty undercooked chicked i just paid R220 for I work hard in a month and only buy my family take aways maybe ones a month and this is the bad bad bad service I got last time i spoke to the manager cause of this raw meat story and now again. She replaced the meal but now i realy realy dont want to support you anymore!!!!! the service was horrible to say the least and in Covid we need all client support we can get.
