KFC Kroonstad Central

My husband and I decided to go to KFC Kroonstad in town and we were received with the worst service possible by not one, but two of the workers there. First she decided not to place our order. She just asked what we wanted and disappeared for a good 5 minutes. Instead of kindly informing us that e are going to have to wait a few minutes for what we want, she rudely said we must wait a bit and only after asking did she say how long we must wait. When she finally decided to come back and take our order she already came back with attitude. Her and my husband had a misunderstanding as to what we wanted and she just kept giving us attitude. When my husband confronted her on her attitude her response was just, "Kanti tlamehile ke entseng (But what am I supposed to do). When one of her other colleagues saw that my husband was reactive to her attitude she said if we're going to start arguing she must leave us and serve other customers. I think KFC really needs to do something about the terrible service at KFC Kroonstad. For now it's a no go unless if you want to treated like you're doing someone a favour by being there and they don't owe you anything!
