Kfc kroonstad

We had the worst experience at KFC Checkers Kroonstad. We ordered 2 of 10 piece family treats which costed us more then 500, we went via the Drive thru as we paid and went to the next window the staff said we must wait in the parking lot they will bring the food, we waited and after 20 minutes we went in and asked it's very long now is the food ready?? The staff very rudely told us no and we can go back to the car and wait, they will bring it. Another 10minutes later they bought it to the car. When we received it all the food was cold. Out of both the 10pieces we got 4 and 4 wings tiny ones and the chicken tasted awfully, the winger wings had no zinger spice on. We did not receive any tomato sauce or KFC spice in either of the 2 bags of 10piece family treats, it was a terrible experience
