KFC Kriel

Very poor service at KFC Kriel.

On 5 November I ordered foof via the app. I asked for 2 Double Crunch Burgers. I received 2 Collonel burgers. Phoned customer care. They issued a voucher. Order again and KFC Kriel canceled the order.

On 15 November I order again and try to use the voucher and it was not working. Phoned customer again and they said that the voucher can only be used once, they will issue another voucher. Up to today 3 Desember I haven't received my voucher or any feedback from them.

This is not the first time KFC Kriel sent the wrong food.

I am very disappointed in KFC's service. There are better ways to handle your clients!
