KFC kraaifontein, the staff are not serving me well because I'm foreigner

I always buy food from KFC Kraaifontein, yesterday after I get my order, the chicken wasn't exact standard pieces of chicken in the picture. The staff decided to put in my order one wrong piece of chicken. Also, the staff did not put everything related to the order, in fact my order was missing things. Furthermore, this not the first time, it is always happing with me when I order from KFC kraaifontein. Previously, I also bought Lunch box and before I leave one piece of chicken was missing as well. Then I immediately asked them and then they resolved the problem. Also, about 5 weeks ago I bought 9 pieces of chicken and when I arrived home I discovered that one piece is missing. Then I called customer care and they resolved the issues by redeeming me a box of chicken consist of two pieces. The problem at KFC kraaifontein, the staff are not honest with some foreigner customer, they are only loyal to their same race.
