Complaint about KFC brighton Kraaifontein.

On friday 24 January,my husband bought my son the SW snack pack burger and chips for R29.90,he then asked for a single snack burger aswell and a cone. He paid and saw on the slip that the single burger is R24.90 compared to the burger and chips for R29.90. He asked if he could please have the burger and chips aswell and the cashier said no it does work like that. My husband askes for the manager,the Manager Zandele then came. He asked if he could please cancel his order and she said no as he paid cash.

Where in the world have you heard that?? He did not have the food yet,he just had the slip in his hand.

They really need to work on their customer service.
