KFC Komatipoort bad service

Good day I dont want to sound negative but i did speak to the manager about this complaints. The thing is yesterday 31.01.2020 again i want to buy kfc in komatipoort, going in the drive tru half of the menu is not displayed, i placed a order, wait in que, whent i want to pay for order they told me only cash, WHAT the card machine dont work. About all the customers left without their orders, this is pathetic and giving kfc a bad name and service. I promise kfc will never ever see me again. Im supporting cheaky chicken oposite kfc now and going to report this to our newspaper and also Hello Peter. I suggest you close this branch. I went past it now and not even one customer, its time to support our local shops. Worst service ever. L, G Komatipoort
