KFC Kolonnade is one of the most awful places to pay for things you don’t want

This was the 3rd time ordering food from KFC Kolonnade since we moved to Montana Park in Feb 2019, this was also the 3rd time THEY GOT MY FLIPPING ORDER WRONG.

How can it be that when it comes to your slip and payments, your order is right on the money, BUT when you get home your wicked zinger box WILL S NOT FLIPPING ZINGER ANYTHING!?! No zinger wings, just normal 1pc chicken and NO zinger fillet or sauce or anything, though the freaking box has the ****** zinger tap pushed in....

Tonight again, the same. My order was number 182 and we stood there for some time, and saw the lady check the order on the screen when handing us the food, so what is the point? R208 and change just to NOT get what we wanted? Worse then this, the flipping chicken is old and stale, why are you serving OLD STALE CHICKEN.

Since I am pretty sure that no-one will be responding to this and just ignoring it AGAIN I will be posting it on Facebook and anywhere and everywhere I can. I also sent a complaint on the KFC South Africa site.
