KfC kolonnade. Disregarding the customer's time is not acceptable period

One star is generous. Poor service. Whoever the person is with "void" powers takes the powers too seriously and to the head. I waited for over 15 minutes for them to decide whether they should assist the poor cashier or not. Unacceptable behavior.
