KFC Kloof

I ordered from KFC Kloof and was disgusted with the service. firstly we ordered telephonically so the order can be ready for pick up, the order was not ready and we still had to wait for them to make it, plus we ordered hot and crispy chicken and only got one hot and crispy and the rest were original and the lady said "hot and crispy order". as there is only 30 minutes of lunch break and the order was already not prepared we did not check but when we got back to work it was the wrong order and could not go back to exchange.
