KFC KINGFISHER SHOPPING CENTRE IN SUNWARDPARK, BOKSBURG. BAD FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

The KFC fast food outlet located corner nicholson road & kingfisher avenue, Sunwardpark in Boksburg their chicken pieces are just terrible. The chicken pieces are always oily and taste like burned meat. I bought 5 pieces yesterday (22/05/2021) for my family it was just disgusting. This problem at this outlet has been this way for years . Somebody or someone from KFC head office South Africa needs to go and inspect this outlet in terms of how they prepare food. It is clear that they are not using the right oil ( probably it is old) to prepare their meat as it is just disgusting.

To proof for myself I went to another KFC located at Eastrand Mall, the meat there was just amazing and taste like the KFC that I know. Meanwhile what even makes the situation dire at the KFC at Sunwardpark most of the staff members attitude and customer service is bad. I mean who owns this franchise?

Something drastically needs to be done at this KFC .
