KFC Kilarney Shell Station

On a Sunday drive , we were at KFC Kilarney Shell Station CPT. We observed that majority are having Pizza and outside food in KFC Restaurant. ( Not an issue if the management allowed) We ordered and paid at the Kiosk , obviously the business is so quiet that the chicken displays were empty. Our 2 sundaes was served on Oreo ice cream container , and when asked WHY the portion of one is less than the other , the server took away. When she returned , she says are you happy NOW?? I rep**** NO, a)the way she said it b) Why is our Sundae NOT served on as advertised. Spoke to the manager and she just apologized and we asked for a refund. Is this the attitude and professionalism of your trained staff in customer service.
