KFC Khayelitsha Poor Service

Hi,

I placed an order yesterday meant for KFC Khayelitsha.

After placing the order it was immediately cancelled due to them not being able to get a driver to deliver my order.

What is annoying is that after the cancellation, I got an email saying that my refund may take up to 14 days which is nonsense.

Firstly I was inconvenienced by the fact that I did not get my food. Then now I have to wait 14 days to get my money back which did not even take minutes to transfer nope I am not happy at all with that.

It would be one thing if I was the one who cancelled the order but you did.

I want my money not the 14 days I am being told about.
