KFC Keywest the worst service

I went to KFC keywest and was stuck on a queue for 30 minutes with just 1 car ahead of me on the drive thru. The service there is so horrible that it feels like a culture to provide a bad service. When you ask for a catch up they are glad to tell you they don't have . The worst service I have ever encountered.
