KfC Kensington worst diner services!!!

Terrible serious from staff . I felt like a child being scolded by the staff for getting my order wrong, as if that's not enough, I mistakenly took the card out before the machine finished the transaction because the lady faced the machine towards me.as if to signal it was done, she is the worst cashier I have ever met. I don't know how you employ such stuff. Even the managers there are rude? After she shouted at me, I just took my card and left , because I am not about to be scolded and corrected for petty things!! I am very disappointed at kfc for the lack of compassion and friendly service. You guys should be shut Down for good!!!
