KFC Kensington JHB

Over a week ago we went to but 2 street wise 2's at this outlet in centre Kensington . Never have I paid to eat more dried out tasteless chicken ever! I wrote to their customer service line the very next day to say they should sort this franchise and their food standards out . Over a week and not even a notification of my complaint or acknowledgement. this reflects a complete lack of service or customer care and I would discourage anyone from going there ever !
