KFC Kensington horrible service and bad food

Everytime I've been to KFC Kensington I've had issues. Yesterday I went there and nobody was answering on the ordering station so I eventually drove up to the window. The lady looked at me and told me she can't help me coz I didn't order at the box. I told her that I was waiting but nobody was helping me. I waited for 5 minutes longer as she walked away. When she came back she said I can't order, but I had 3 cars behind me at this time. Eventually some else came to the window and took my order. When I got the food is was cold and had an old smell.

Was a bit scared to 3at it but didn't want to waste it, so 3 of us had our food and we didn't enjoy it at all,sethimg tasted odd. Today we are all extremely Ill and I will definitely not go back to that branch
