KFC Langeman drive Kensington I experienced the worst service ever, as in no service at all. My husband and I were completely ignored at the order counter, as though we did not even exist. The staff were having conversations amongst themselves and with another patron, the only other patron apart from ourselves We have passed along this experience to friends and family and highly recommend that the staff there go for "customer service" training as the concept does not seem to exist, we most certainly will never return there again.
