KFC Kenilworth Centre

Customer service skills are very bad. It's my 3rd time getting the worst service ever. I always order bucket for 1 in all KCFs n would ask for the pieces I would like. In Kenilworth Centre they gave me centre breast after asking for side. They told me to take it r leave it coz that is their policy.
