So today at 13:20 I've ordered kfc on there app the order whas as follow 3 dubbel crunch burgers req I had was no carnish so I clicked on it so what that means is no tamato no lettuce no onions that is what no garnish means okay so my burgers arrived with no cheese no sauce even though the charge me R52. 00 for a dubbel crunch burger terrible service when I phoned them to correct the order he says let's se what's on your requests so I told him I only clicked no carnish but the system marked up everything on the list this app is useless and I will never use the service again why would I pay R52. 00 for two filles and bread horrible
