KFC keeps dissapointing

Today, at around 9:30, we walked into KFC at Goldfields mall. There was a man parked on the sidewalk, almost in the door (we had to squeeze through the space between the car and the door), making it hard for other customers to enter. The staff did not ask him to move the vehicle, but laughed and joked with him. Then we realised that the card machines was not working. After we got cash and came back, the staff was not very willing to help. We stood around for 5 minutes before a lady with a bad attitude got our order. She proceeded to then help people who placed their orders after us, before tending to our order. When our order was finally ready, she stood around chatting and flirting with various men who wasn't customers, before she called our number. Well done KFC. You find new and creative ways to dissapoint us everyday. And you keep promising that it would get better, and I keep believing you.
