KFC = keeping families cashless
yesterday i went to buy supper at KFC Plumstead and chose the family treat. 10 pc = R199.99 so being a hot day and not wanting to go else where i decided to get a 2lt coke add on. the poster said for R20.00 only so i thought ya ok sure.
cashier took the order and asked if i wanted to donate R2. and i said sure. well then he said that would be 228.80. i paid by card. only after wards i realized it did not add up
200+20+2 = 222.00 or so i thought ....i asked why the diff and he said it was the coke it was 26.80 per bottle. i said no it is not what the sign said. he said then the sign is wrong i repeated it and he refused to acknowledge that i was right and he knew nothing about the CPA and that in actual fact they had ****** their customer and every other customer that did not take not.
so i would like to know just how many clients bought this meal or meals and thought they were paying R20 extra but were ****** yes ****** of an additional LETS SAY R7 x 1000 CUSTOMERS R7000.00 .... so i put it to you KFC what are you going to do about this and if nothing is DONE publicly then i will take it further with the CPA and all other bodies.
i have the pics of slip and Sign so dont try and deny it either.
i what to hear what you have to say and do.
