KFC Katlehong Sasol: Total disregard of customers. Ernest or whoever he is that was working on Sunday, 25 October 2020 late shift made it worse. We bought food on the Drive-thru and we spent just under 45 minutes from the food we ordered to getting the food. The food twister meals had no chicken inside but a lot of sauce and lettuce. The guy further went on to take my receipt so he can look into my order but then lost my receipt and looked for it for 10 more minutes without finding it. I thought KFC had a policy around receipts and integrity around their customers. We work hard for our money to be treated this way and be ******.
