KFC *** service

KFC are the biggest sharks. 2nd time this has happened to me. Used their app to order some lunch, they debit your account then state they can't fulfill your order. When calling their contact centre, they reckon it will take 7-14 days to investigate. Investigate what, they took my money just give it back, simple. It's like *****ing.
