KFC Kabega Park

Bought a all in one plus from KFC Kabega and had it delivered on the app. After taking almost 2 hours it says delivered when it was not delivered. We called customer service and they told us when it says delivered there is not much they can do and we have to go to the KFC and see if they brought it back there. So I went back to the KFC and some of the staff tried to help me however ended up telling me that I was just going to get a refund. So I ended up having to buy supper again after that. Which is not okay because what if that was my last money I had. I then had to wait up to 3-4 days for them to refund me the money and that's all they did nothing else. I am not happy at all and I wouldn't recommend KFC and buying food from the application.
