Kfc Jeffreys bay STAY AWAY

We bought 2x family share meals from kfc jeffreys bay today 19 jan 2023 at around 7h30pm. We got home and as we started to eat we tasted the chicken had a funny taste to it. First brushed it off and put those pieces aside tried different one and again they did not taste right, chemical taste to it. We live about 20 min away from the kfc but we took it back. When we get there they said because some of the chicken was eaten they cannot refund without the manager. They tried calling him to no avail. So now after spending over R300 on food. No one was able to eat. We had to spend petrol. Could not get a refund or replacement. Had to spend more money on dinner as its loadshedding. Will never support KFC in Jeffreys again. And this is not the first time we get this type of service from the branch. Worst KfC branch ever!!!
