KFC Jeffreys Bay Branch the worse service ever!

<p>I have been buying from this branch past 2 years ago now and every time i go there i say never ever go back again from the bad service but unfortunatly its the only KFC Branch in Jeffreys Bay and i say maybe next time they can be better but nothing changing.</p> <p>- Waiting time for the order 20 minutes and it ends up with an hour! i really don't know whats going on there there is like 20 people working inside and the main product is chicken and you go there is no CHICKEN!!</p> <p>IF I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE TAKEAWAY AN HOUR RATHER I MAKE IT AT HOME FASTER....</p> <p>- The taste is very very bad they do something wrong .</p> <p> </p> <p>- i'm not that guy who like to go and run and make noise but really enough is enough. Lastnight went to get just 3 pcs of chicken at 7PM they said wait 20 minutes and it was no long quque of people on nothing so i had to wait over 30 minutes so i said no really let me write comment on there website and while im busy writing there is girl came with order but was wrong order twice wrong order . I said really i got enough of this branch please take the slip and get what's inside it and she came back say as usual sorry which i always hear it from all of them but never changing.</p> <p>This morning i have got call from there manager by the name of Joseph who said i'm very sorry and i'm working on the problem as always i hear from him.</p> <p>I asked him how you goto KFC, 7PM and there is no 3 pcs of chicken and he said I REALLY DIDN'T KNOW about that and he was inside the store last night even i have greeted him, Manager and doesn't know if they have chickens inside or not !!! thats really excuse cause he said yeah but when its last we make per order. can't understand 7pm late?! and I can't understand KFC without 1 pcs of chicken so rather they close this branch really .</p> <p> </p> <p>- Just please these people there they putting KFC name underground by there **** service.. </p>
