KFC Jeffreys Bay- a disgrace to the franchise!

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in KFC Jeffreys Bay. I wanted to buy dinner, seeing that we have loadshedding. I received my order, but checked it before we left. The "chicken" was tough, dry and super oily. And there were barely any meat on the bones. Please note, that this was not the first time that I had such a horrible experience with the Jeffreys Bay branch. I asked for the manager, but she had a terrible attitude towards my complaint. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name as she was not wearing a tag. Step up your game KFC, you will loose a ton of customers with such terrible service.
