KFC Jean Ave -- whats happening?

Was at KFC Jean Ave in Centurion, some confusion in their kitchen about some chicken issue. There was about 8 cars parked waiting for their order when I was there tonight due to the kitchen chicken confusion, they also had to give me chicken breast instead of the usual chicken pieces due to "no other chicken available" ? Come one KFC, let's pick up the customer service, you can do better.
