To say it was horrific is an understatement. I placed my order expecting a quick and efficient delivery, but what I experienced was nothing short of a nightmare.

It took almost TWO HOURS for my order to arrive. Yes, you read that right—TWO HOURS. But that's not even the worst part. Over the course of this excruciating wait, I was subjected to FOUR driver changes. I understand that things can go wrong, but four times? That's just unacceptable. The lack of communication and coordination was infuriating.

By the time my food finally arrived, I had completely lost my appetite. How could I even be interested in eating at that point? The anticipation had long since turned to frustration, and what should have been a simple meal had become an ordeal. It’s clear that KFC Jabulani has no regard for customer service or delivery efficiency.

This experience was an absolute joke. It was a perfect example of what not to do when it comes to customer care. I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this was handled, and it’s a shame because KFC has always been a reliable brand in the past.

To say I’m dissatisfied would be an understatement. I’m furious, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. SIES, KFC Jabulani. You’ve completely ruined what should have been a simple, enjoyable meal.
