KFC Jabulani Mall

KFC Jabulani Mall has an appalling service! Yesterday I had to wait an hour before I asked for a refund of R486 because they failed to prepare my order. I had ordered 5 wrapster boxes and 20 dunked wings and street wise 3. After an hour, they told me they are still waiting for the mini chicken fillets for the wrapster boxes. They had no serviettes, no gravy, no zinger wings, no family box, no streetwise remix! They are rude!
