KFC is very unprofessional and after our money!!

I entered the spin a wheel competition at the kiosk in store at the Moreleta Park branch on 31 Oct 2025. I won a prize (something about air wings) that was not handed to me at the branch, but they confirmed KFC Head Office will contact me with the prize I won. I submitted all my contact detail on the screen the same day. I called KFC Head Office; I e-mailed them but with no luck and that is after the branch Manager also e-mailed them with a reference number. A lady called Verquelene Marks from customer care e-mailed me early in Dec 2025 but also just to tell me KFC Head Office will contact me. Since then, NO ONE FROM KFC CONTACTED ME - THEY JUST IGNORE ME!!! THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIR COMPETITION WAS JUST ONE BIG LIE!!! To tell a customer you won something and then not award them with a prize is not acceptable!!!
