Kfc is useless!

Kfc online has to be thee worst thing ever! I ordered online and paid for the food, after a long time of waiting I’m checking if the order went through why is there no progress of delivery. So I call the call centre and they tell me sorry mam we couldn’t process your order! But they took my money! Im like give me a voucher so I can order again! They tell me no I must wait for my refund!! I’ve been waiting almost three weeks now and still when I call they tell me they waiting for head office! How long does a flippen refund take? Kfc is the worst ever!! A whole R480 really ? In this Cyril Ramaphosa economy! I want my money kfc!!
