KFC is useless

I ordered an All star box today morning at work via uber eats, when I checked there was a wraptar box. I called KFC maponya mall and explained that this is a wrong order. I waited and they delivered the order the claim is the correct order. When I checked again for the second time now, They delivered a wraptar box again!!! I called the lady again and she claims that she didn't hear me whereas I sent her the order number. I asked for the manager and the manager and I was not assisted. The lady is Keke
