KFC IS UNRELIABLE

KFC has become so ***********, i ordered KFC earlier via their app at Market Street East London, 1x twister meal and 5 x nugget boxes and i didnt receive all the 5x buddy cokes that come with the nugget boxes. As if that was not enough, i ordered again at 16:32 at Greenfields KFC East London 1x all in one meal and 1 x 9 piece bucket and when i called them an hour later to check whats delaying my order they told me they struggling to get drivers and that they will contact their support team but as soon as i ended the call i got a message saying my order was cancelled...imagine having hungry kids in the house then an hour later you find out you are not going to get your food.
