KFC IS *****S

I ordered on the KFC app from KFC Cape Road. My order was placed at 08h03,the delivery time was 08h35, the driver called me 08h25 to confirm the address. Then the delivery time was changed to 08h55 then 09h15,but the order was canceled because apparently the driver could not deliver but that is a lie, I work from home until 9h00 and my desk is in the door so I can see the street, the driver was never at my house because I didn't see him. I spoke to Thabiso in the KFC call center that could not help me, he promised his manager will call me but the manager never did, Thabiso only said he will get someone to call me back because he knew he was knocking off at 10pm. I'm still waiting for the food, my money still has not been reversed and on top of all of this Thabiso decided to lie to me because he was close to his knock off time. I want my money reversed today. Now Lukha is ignoring me on the chat in the KFC app.
