Kfc is the worst take away place

Don't think kfc will do anything about this complaint so i'm gona share it on fb to warn people about kfc service. A few weeks ago i had a complaint about kfc waterstone village with the worst service i've ever got in my life! After publishing the complaint on hellopeter kfc did nothing even to contact me so i issued a compalint on they're fb page. They assured me they will try to resolve the issue with this kfc. It has been a few weeks and no feed back. So yesterday i went to a other kfc hoping they're service would be better. At the third window in the drive thru they notified me the mash and gravy was not ready if i would like coleslaw instead. I asked them how long will it take for the mash and gravy to be ready. The cashier said 5min. That was 19:20. I told her ill wait. So i parked at the nearest parking lot and waited. 19:33 i went in the store and asked how long will the order take. The cashier said 5min again. So i waited. In store there was another two customers complaining about the service and after one customer got his order was the order incorrect. 19:45 i called the manager of the store to notify her what happend and why the first cashier where i ordered didn't notify me there was no mash and gravy and why did the third cashier say 5min and i've been waiting almost 40min for it? So 19:55 i got my order. When i got home half cooked gravy... this happend at kfc sanctuary.
