KFC is terrible

KFC N1 city has the worst customer service. I have complained twice now about their food and customer care, and they don't care enough to get back to their clients. All other restaurants provide complimentary meals as means of apology, but I kid you not, a KFC rep once told me it's my reasonably to find out why their food doesn't meet my standards so that I can prevent buying meals that are not what I perceive it to be. They don't have a clue how to deal with people or what they are talking about.
